Shop with a Cop 2025

Official Raffle Rules:

Ticket Sales: Tickets will be sold exclusively by members of the DCLEA.

Ticket Price: Each ticket is $20.00. All proceeds directly support the DCLEA Shop with a Cop outreach program.

Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a ticket and enter the raffle.

Raffle Period: Drawings will take place daily on weekdays from December 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.

Winning Numbers: Each day’s winning number will be determined by the official weekday evening drawing of the Carolina Pick Three Lottery.

Multiple Wins: Ticket holders may win multiple prizes. A single ticket number may win more than once, and participants holding multiple tickets may win with each.

Prizes: Winners may choose between the listed firearm prize or its corresponding cash value, as shown on the prize sheet.

Firearm Prizes: Firearms are provided through Victory Arms. Winners selecting a firearm must complete ATF Form 4473 and successfully pass the NICS background check before the firearm can be released.

Cash Prizes: Winners choosing the cash option will receive payment directly from a designated member of the DCLEA, in the amounts specified on the prize sheet.

Gun Raffle Prize List:

Winning ticket numbers are posted according to the evening drawing of the Carolina Pick 3. The winning ticket numbers will be posted on the DCLEA website

by 10:00 am on the day following the prior evening drawing. These numbers are pulled directly from the Carolina Pick 3 site.

**Winners will be contacted directly by a member of the DCLEA.
